Vehicle listings, timing selections, and booking forms represent inquiry and scheduling intent only. A request is not confirmed until separately accepted by concierge.
Availability, vehicle substitutions, route approvals, pricing, minimums, and final service scope may change based on date, driver allocation, traffic conditions, event requirements, and operational review.
Displayed package values or mock totals are presentation-only unless a written quotation or confirmation is issued directly by concierge.
Any deposit, invoice, cancellation terms, wait-time charges, or overtime fees will be governed by the final booking confirmation provided for the requested trip.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate trip details and for following applicable laws, venue rules, and driver instructions during service.
The Prestige Tokyo is not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by force majeure, road closures, unsafe conditions, law enforcement activity, inaccurate guest instructions, or other events outside reasonable operational control.
